Evan Laufer is a Managing Partner of A3 Missions and has been since he joined A3 in March of 2017. Evan brings to A3 a wealth of successful Federal selling experience which began in 1999 when he worked for Amdahl Corporation/Fujitsu Computer Systems. Evan’s sales success started with the Social Security Administration (SSA) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) where he routinely finished at or near the top in revenue generation, providing enterprise open systems compute platforms. In 2006, Evan moved to ViON Corporation and added enterprise storage to his core expertise. Evan would then spend the next twelve years leading several accounts (US ARMY, USPTO, NARA) which made him one of the most successful sales reps in ViON’s history. He spent his first nine year in direct selling and the last three in sales management finishing his career at ViON as the VP of Sales managing in excess of 250M annually. Evan has a passion for developing meaningful relationships and tackling complex customer challenges. In his role as Managing Partner, Evan currently focuses his time setting the strategic direction and communicating the corporate culture. Prior to entering the federal market he studied Business Administration at Towson State University.
Jeff Williams serves as a Managing Partner and co-founder of A3 Missions, a VA verified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Augusta GA. Jeff is responsible for company operations, facilitating strong customer relationships, maintaining supplier relationships and strategic planning. Jeff began his military service in 1988 where he served in numerous tactical and operational assignments during his 20 year active career before retiring as a Chief Warrant Officer.
Jeff’s education includes a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Intelligence with Honors from the National Intelligence University, Defense Intelligence Agency, Washington DC and a Master of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Information Technology Management Magna Cum Laude from Touro University International, Cypress, California. Jeff Williams has served as the Vice-President of Programs for the Augusta-Fort Gordon AFCEA Chapter since 2014. He has also volunteered for the local Augusta-Aiken PMI chapter where he has taught portions of all PMP and ACP Prep classes since 2016.
Jim Norwood serves as a Managing Partner and co-founder of A3 Missions, a VA verified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Augusta GA.. Jim Norwood is a retired Army Colonel who served for 23 years commanding and leading soldiers to execute intelligence operations in support of our nation’s interests. Jim is adept at working at all levels in local, state, federal, and international forums with extensive experience in Europe and the Middle East.
Jim is a solution-focused and driven leader with the vision, experience and motivation to move beyond constraints and formulate effective strategies to overcome shortfalls and is a critical thinker with ability to maximize resources and achieve objectives. Jim has over 35 years’ experience in organizational management, strategic planning, partnership engagement, problem solving and solutions integration. Jim maintains company-wide responsibility for driving A3 Mission’s strategic initiatives, advanced technology solutions, strategic partnerships and corporate marketing.
Mark Nagy serves as a Managing Partner and co-founder of A3 Missions, a VA verified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Augusta GA. Mark is responsible for strategic business development, business operations, technical innovation and Program Management. Mark has over 23 years of industry experience and served various technical roles supporting US Army and Air Force Intelligence operations.
Mark has over 15 years working with US Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) and Distributed Common Ground Station – Army (DCGS-A). Mark served as DCGS-A Fixed Site Technical Lead responsible for intelligence synchronization and intelligence operations, managing over 60+ personnel worldwide. Mark also served as Vice President of Zapata Technology focused on business development and corporate growth and strategic planning. Mark holds a Masters of Science in Computer Systems Management from Grantham University.
Gib Semmes is a Partner of A3 Missions and has been since he joined A3 in January 2019. Gib has over 18 years of experience selling and delivering successful IT solutions and capabilities throughout the defense and intelligence communities. He is widely recognized for his ability to work closely with mission stakeholders to meet the most demanding challenges. As Partner at A3, Gib is responsible for revenue growth and strategic business development. He is actively involved in providing A3 solutions for data center infrastructure, data intelligence and analytics, as well as capture for Global Intel and IT engineering support contracts.
