The Georgia Cyber Center, a first of its kind collaborative cybersecurity center located in Augusta, Georgia, opened its doors July 10, 2018. The $100 million Cyber Center is the single largest investment in a cybersecurity facility by a state government to date, according to a news release issued by the Center. The Cyber Center is receiving widespread media coverage amidst federal authority’s recent warnings on cybersecurity threats posed to the United States.
